While young people are at the heart of everything we do, fresh thinking drives us forward. It’s how we keep pace with the fast moving world of young people, and what triggers us to constantly evolve, adapt and develop new programmes and projects.
Each programme starts with what young people need and how it can work on their terms. It’s at the core of our approach, and it’s what makes us different. With young people on our Board, we make sure their views are heard at every stage, so our offer perfectly matches their experiences and needs.
We’re proactive and proud. Our short term projects are a way of staying light-footed, being able to respond to the interests and needs of young people and develop activities, services and support groups in ways that work for them. If projects are successful or have scope to grow, they’ll often develop into programmes, and become a more long-term offer.
What we do wouldn’t be possible without our many partners and collaborators, who are all as committed as we are to making a difference for young people in Cornwall.
